• Where is the store based?

• What is mohu?

  Mohu is an online shop filled with cute hand-crafted things. The designing, making, shipping, and customer support are all done by mohu's owner/creator.

• Can you gift wrap things for me?

  I will happily gift wrap your purchase at no extra charge. Just leave a note in the message to seller, when you check out. I can even add a gift tag with a special message!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Your order will be shipped within one week of purchase.

  Once shipped, orders going to Canada or the US usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks, depending on the location.

  Most of our international parcels have arrived within 2-4 weeks.

• What kind of shipping do you use?

  I use normal airmail to ship most small items. Large orders and original artworks are shipped using registered mail, with a tracking number.

  If you'd like to upgrade your shipping (eg. registered mail, expedited mail or courier) please contact me for a quote before placing your order.

• What about lost or damaged orders?

  Sometimes packages get lost or damaged in the post. If this happens, please do contact me - in most cases I'll be happy to replace the order.

  When you order, please make sure your shipping address is correct. If the wrong address is given, I can't be responsible for replacing an order that didn't arrive.

• What about customs fees?

  Customs fees will depend on your own country, as well as the type and quantity of goods purchased. We can't really tell what the customs charge will be, if any, so you will have to take care of that on your end.

• What about copyrights?

  All photos, images, and designs remain the copyright of móhu's owner/creator.

  You're welcome to use images on your blog as long as you credit mohu, and link back to the page where you found them.

• Can I sell items made from your amigurumi patterns?

  Móhu's amigurumi patterns are intended for personal use. If you'd like to sell amigurumi made from móhu patterns, please contact me about it first. Permission will be given on a case by case basis. Just send me an email letting me know how and where you'd like to sell the amigurumi, and how many you want to make.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?
